Well, this car was a bust, which was REALLY unfortunate.
The car would have been perfect if the owner wouldnt have let his son drive it for a year. The guy owned it for 3.5 years and for whatever reason let his son drive it for a year. His son put a bad FMIC on it, some POS BPV, bad coilover sleeves and a home made MBC. And thats the stuff I could find.
The car looked and drove perfect, it was the mods that was the issue. First, it was overboosting(like 15psi) and the car hated it. It would be sluggish till like 5000 rpms then take off but only for a short time before hitting fuel cut or bogging down. Tried screwing with the MBC but even at its loosest setting it was still over boosting. So then I took the MBC apart and just connected the ends to run the wastegate preassure(thanks for the tip Korey.) Finally it was only boosting like 5 PSI and felt a little better but as soon as you got to about 5-6 rpms the car would fall on its face and acted like it just didnt want to go....
Told the guy we'd think about it but the mods done to the car pretty much ruined it....the guy had no idea because he never goes past 3500 rpms.....such a shame, it was really nice otherwise....

LOL Doesnt yours have the same issue? 
He needs something reliable, which is why I'm thinking a reagular NB is all he needs. I got tired of fixing his s*** box civic all the time so having a new problem is not something he needs haha
