MSCW Picnic July 10!

The Mazda Sportscar Club of Washington will be holding it's annual club picnic on July 10, at my parents' house on Lake Anna! The rain date will be July 11.

The club will be providing most of the food and drinks, so it is a MSCW member-only event. To those of you who have not yet joined the club, I apologize.

Activities will include swimming, jet-skiing, knee boarding, boat rides/tours, RC car autocross in the driveway, and a scenic drive around the lovely and twisty back roads of the Mineral, VA area. Feel free to bring your own RC car, water toys, boat or jet ski!

Please bring a dish to share, if your name begins with A-K, bring a side dish, L-Z, a dessert. You can pretend your name starts with something else if you just HAVE TO bring your dessert or fabulous side dish!

We will be caravanning from Bob Evans restaurant in Oakton, VA, RT 123 and I-66, to Lake Anna, plan on arriving at Bob Evans no later than 10:30 AM. If someone can't make it to the Bob Evans caravan, or is coming from MD/DC and just wants to come straight down 95, they can PM me and I will send them the directions. The picnic will be from 12:00 noon to 5 PM or so, followed by the drive if people are interested again.

Of course you can RSVP! Will you be caravanning with the group, or do I need to PM you the directions? Oh, will you be coming along solo, or bringing a guest?

I'm so sorry to hear that, Lisa. I went to two funerals in three weeks, in May. It was a bad month.

I can't make it Eric. First MSCW meet I've missed in like a year too.

However, the reason is good; I have autox all weekend long(glare)
