ms6 headlights

I noticed in the headlights the other day that there are 4 lenses but only 3 work. The projector lenses between the high beam and turn signal doesn't run. Although I notice that light runs on the regular Mazda6. Is there a hook up in the back of The ms6 headlights to install a bulb. I think it looks awesome with the projector HID's on. Thanks guys

on the earlier 6's that spot was filled with a fog light projector. on the later models, mazda filled it with a "reflector" and moved the fog light to the bumper. on the speed6 it is nothing more than a mirror that only "looks" like a projector light.

What he said. They were changed in '05 during the minor refresh.

Well that sucks. Nothing like a void space.

Good luck. You'd have to switch back to an older headlamp assy, get the harness, and do some other retrofitting, and for a minor upgrade, it's not worth it IMO.

If you want a little bit of style, look into a set of halos (DDEs) for the car.

i have to agree.. seems like a lot of work and not much reward. i've thought about getting an hid kit and making that spot functional again.. but then i just upgraded my fogs and called it a day
