Yeah, I have an AP.. Which part is that question for? The smog or the cel?

If you're running a stage 2 map on your AP, and have the latest versionof ATR installed the code is already disabled. Many people don't realize that Cobb conveniently did this for us and may be the reason that you haven't seen a cel? Just saying.
Open your map in ATR and click the advanced tab and you'll see such codes you can turn off and which Cobb already checked disabled.
