Ms3

i am single with a 98 f150 and an MSP, neither of which are used for commuting on a regular basis, one of which sits in the garage when there is any snow on the ground or the temp is below 40 and I was paying like 1200 single payment every 6 months with progressive. Just shopped around when I renewed in january and now im with travelers for like 200 less per year (woopity doo). Insurance is such a load of s***. Apparently a ticket I got almost 3 years ago for "no front plate" is affecting my insurance premium somehow. Its not even a moving violation for christ's sake. Oh, and when I was on progressive I went in their online thing and quoted a change to my policy, I substituted a 05 or 06 CTS-V for my msp and it was like 100 more per year....yea...that makes sense.

LOL, I went from a 5.0 to a 1 liter Geo Metro convertable when I was 18 or 19 and my insurance premium stayed the same with Allstate. Talk about BS. Mine could be a lot cheaper but I have a million dollar umbrella for us on the cars as we car pool. If both of us were to get into an accident together (we car pool during the week) and we couldn't work, we'd be screwed. I can't afford not to have it anymore.

I pay almost $180 a month for my p5 with full coverage on Allstate...I'm 24 with a clean driving record too...can't wait to turn 25 this year...

Damn; I pay $200 a month to Geico, am 29, and have a few speeding tickets. Minor speeding tickets, but there ya go. Cops haven't caught me really speeding, hopefully they never will. If they do, I bet I'd lose my license right then. 90 in a 35, 135 in a 55, etc.

The Lime Rock thing is interesting, especially as that's one of my favorite areas in the state to go drive around. Maybe..

I just got married last week, and we got sick right away, so are planning a trip in May at the moment. But if the timing is right, we will likely come out to the Lime Rock track, hermits that we are..

My insurance rates will probably go down very soon.. I have to give the company a call to see what can be done.

My policy just renewed and went down another 70 bucks a month. This is the first renewal after getting married. So if it doesn't go down much immediately after putting your balls in a jar on the mantel, don't worry it will.

Congrats btw!
