MS3 vx. MSP?

Has anyone out there driven a MS3 and MSP? I'm close to upgrading my MSP to a MS3 but am curious if there are any negative differences in handling. My concern is that the MS3 might not be as fun to control being that it outweighs the MSP by about 300lbs.

cliffs notes:
The 3 handles just as well despite the weight and distribution. It does need wider tires. Power is amazing, interior is definately a step up from the msp. Oh, and shifting is a joy in the ms3 whereas the msp is more like a fun little workout.

my old MSP was a great auto-x car and i bet the MS3 would be as well. i still have yet to drive a MS3 but i hope to soon.
