MS3 smoking turbo vs MS6 smoking turbo

My 06 MS6 didn't smoke until I put the exhaust on. . . now it smokes only after a couple of minutes in idle. I want to take it to mazda but everything I hear about peoples experience with them. . . why waste my time. I found a T3/T4 hybrid and thought about just doing that but not sure what to do. I have been building turbo cars for about 15 yrs and this is the only time I have been discouraged from trying to go fast.
