MS3 Owners: Show us your wheels

Here is a preview, more shots coming within the next 2 weeks. I have a few more things to do:

I need to see some pics in the sun to make a decision. To be quite honest I never thought that cosmic blue would look even remotely good with mag blue wheels. Maybe your full res shots will convince me.

Thanks :D
I was thinking black caliper paint with red mazdaspeed decals... for a bit of a stealthier look than just red calipers.

that was my original plan for my brakes, but when i went to the store to get the paint. They only had red, so red it was....lol. Wheels look awesome though man (cool)

Ok so I made some calls and I got quoted $440 out the door for the Yokohama S-Drives and $510 (with the rebate Dunlop is giving out) for the Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec...both with the 225/40/18 size..
Now I go out of town alot and just want to make the right choice here...I would step up and get the Dunlop's cuz i like the tires to stick to the pavement but I dont want to buy tires and have to get new ones in like 10,000 miles...I drive hard but not really too often

I'm on 245/40/18 Z1 Star Specs with around 15,000 miles on them and they are still well over 50% tread left.

^^^Thanks but I could'nt find the Star Spec's ANYWHERE!! All the local Dunlop suppliers didnt have them in stock and were on backorder. Onlinetires.com didnt have them. Tireeasy.com didnt have them. ATDonline.com didnt have them. Tirerack is the only company that has them in stock. But right after this past weekend went by, they raised their prices on the Star Spec of $15 or so. So I would end up paying $820 shipped with no warranty and without the $50 mail-in-rebate Dunlop was giving out. So I just bought the Sumitomo HTR Z III. 3 years warranty no questions asked, free mount and balanced for $565 out the door. I know there no where close to the handling and performance of the Star Spec's but I think these tires are ok. Dont you think?

When was this? Cuz i was calling them like crazy last week and they all said they had to get them shipped from across the states and would get them till like 2-3 weeks or that they were on backorder.. :(

This was..... last week, actually. Ordered em Tuesday night @ 5:30, they were on my wheels in the back of my car 24 hours later. You know what you tell them is- you were going to order online, but decided to keep it local, but if they can't get what you want, you'll go elsewhere. A set of RPF1's for a Miata that were on backorder til the end of the month magically were in stock and doorstepped 3 days later when that was last used.

Alright, I've trolled this thread long enough. Here we go.

Now for the specs. Wheels are Rota (obviously) DPT Matte Bronze, 17x9 +42. Tires are Dunlop Direzza z1 Star Specs 245/40/17. Lug nuts are Muteki Neo Cro SR48. Dirt by Hwy 494. Shoe is a Globe Fusion, size 11. Suspension is stock save for a set of Hotchkis sways. Rears are about as rolled as possible, no rub after the roll. I think the tires speak for themselves about the before.
