You may want to try changing your transmission fluid too if you haven't already.

Timing: It only happens when I WOT shifts (aiming for the fastest acceleration)

right, that's when it happened for me sometimes too. of course it never happened just driving around, lol.

when i started to press the clutch in a hair faster before i shifted, that adjustment allowed for clean 2-3 shifts 100% of the time. rocking isn't an issue for me (due to inserts) and i still did it a few times UNTIL i made the adjustments.
