MS or H&R Coilovers?

Ive only seen a couple people with the MS coilovers and heard they are PITA to install. Never heard anything about the H&R ones though.

Thanks, i wasnt really worried about how hard the install was more is it worth the extra $400...ride heights, adjustability, specs in general does it measure up?

well in that case then... I think all mazdaspeed parts are overpriced just because they are mazdaspeed(factory aftermarket) parts. Thats just my opinion though. Id like the MS set just because of the color lol but not so much that Id pay the extra 400.00 to get it over the H&R kit.

Looking on the H&R site they don't appear to be adjustable.
I have had H&R susp. parts on 3 other cars. A smokin deal provided me the the MS coil over set up and camber links last summer.
I started out in the recommended mid range adjustments, which I found quite nice for daily driving even when fully lowered and still noticeably better than stock. After maxing the settings for both rebound and compression there was another noticeable difference. The ride is harsher now but even more fun in the corners/backroads and even the occasional stop sign launch.

Easy to adjust except for rebound in the rear, but that still does not take long to get the dampers out and back in.
Ron Tonkin was offering the MS set up for $1400 recently on another 3 site.

Enjoy what ever you decide on.

My boyfriend went and put the stuff into the car, so there isn't to much I can compare them too. Other than my car rides better than his because it has nothing he just cut something on his car to lower it (god awful vw). The car rides really nice and fixed the wheel gap which was my main concern.

ms3 owners? From what I've been reading I'm not sure its worth it since I def won't be changing settings once they are set so I guess the question is are the dampers comfy since they aren't adjustable??
