MPG with bigger rims

From what I hear you lose a lot of MPG when you add on bigger rims. Any idea on what's the best rim size for increased handling and excellent gas mileage?

As long as you do not DECREASE the diameter of the tire, and don't add new wheels that weigh a substantial amount more then the stockers....it will make no difference in your MPG. its when you start adding REAL heavy wheels/tire combo's and ones that are smaller in diameter that you start to loose.
