MP3 spotted on Dalhousie St. Ottawa

Just wondering if it's someone from this board. It had blue tinted windows... anyone here? I had my MP3 parked on the side of the street when it drove by. Just wanted to know where they got their tint done, looked nice... And YES NICE not RICE.

I was down in the market the other day, but my tint is not blue, it's the standard smoked colour. Maybe it was me???
