Like MP3wannabe said, you don't NEED everything but you'll have to do some cutting/modifying. The lip is just an add on to the MP3/MS bumper. I think I posted the number in one of the posts above.

yea, im not a fan of the 2003.5 lip, im mainly interested in the mp3/2003 msp look. i mainly just want the bare minimum, but i also want to do it right. thanks! ^_^

just as a warning, if you dont get the splash guards (the black plastic piece inside your wheel well) and use your stock ones, there will be gaps. you will be able to see this upclose. but if you wanted to do that part later, its easy enough to do after the fact.

Front bumper cover--BN7H-50-031-AA. That is the MP3 bumper cover. I believe that it is exactly the same without the holes. I'm not 100% sure though.

The bumper is the same as the MP3 bumper. A lip is just added to the bumper. The part number is 0000-86-c02-00. The rear lip will work just fine. The number is 0000-8y-c31-00.

I was told that the part number for the grills as a set (left and right) is 0000-86-C09 and is around 21.00. Can someone verify this part number? I was told the two part numbers you listed are OEM numbers and the part number I have above is an accessory part number. Supposedly much cheaper.

those are for the 03.5 msp grills that are used with the msp lip.
