I know you people are sick of BOV threads, I've been searching and have yet to find a direct answer to my question. Anywho let's get to the point.

The g/f as you may know owns a bone stock 03.5 TGM MSP. She doesn't want to mod it out the anus for warranty reasons and money reasons. I am gonna surprise her with a BOV, Diverter valve, intake, exhaust or something tomorrow. I don't mind buying IC hardpipe and all that stuff, but she didn't want to mod it when I mentioned changing all of that.

I told her I agree to keep it simple, since it's her car not mine and not yours. She's a lil ricer (eekdance) lol and just wants the BOV sound. She loves her car more than anything more than anything, wants to keep it simple and keep it nice like I said. So that being said, I was thinking a Forge BOV and i'm still unsure as to what a Diverter valve does. From my searching I believe it takes the place of the stock BPV. Would this unit just take the place of that? What do you all think, just get a Forge BOV? I've read some things about it stalling occassionally (moreso on the first day). Other then that I have heard nothing but good...any thoughts anyone?

yeah...that's probably the one you could do that's the most simple to get the BOV sound...a lil' more complicated you could do the HKS SSQV (w/ mitsubishi flange) on plastic pipes- look for the how-to. it takes some epoxy/JB weld to get it done, but it doesn't have a turkey since you retain the stock BPV and have the additional HKS SSQV to make the BOV psssssht
