what i would usually do is dump the clutch at about 3500 and yank the hand brake....I just can't ever launch right. I always end up pressing the clutch in and revving it to 4k then you just hear me burn out almost all of 1st gear..bad tires?

I don't even know how to do a burn out. Things were alot easier when I had an automatic. Now I gotta learn alot of stuff I never knew... all so I can go 1/4 mile in a few seconds. (silly)

Hand brake up, front tires in the wet zone of the staging area, in first gear with the clutch in rev the engine up to around 5k and dump the clutch and hit the gas, stay on it and burn up the tires. Good luck! You can try this on the street too but dont be doing it too often unless you want new tires soon.

her car is too powerful to dump at 5k, I think she should dump at 3k, just enough to heat up the tires.

Too powerful... There's NOTHING wrong with dumping it up there and even bouncing off the rev limiter. She's tuned and the Haltech has a proper rev cut. At 3k shes gonna get grip and drag her rear tires to the start line and not warm them up at all. If she were on slicks I would say rev to the limiter and dump the clutch.

I was scared to launch my car until my friend drove it down the track like a bat out of hell, now I know where to launch and my shift point's to keep me in the high 13's.

I finally got my ******* car back!! I just got to go to the dealer for some recalls and change the fluids and i'll be good.
the car is still lower on the left rear tire but the rest i perfect so i am guessing if i change that one shock i should be good.

lol...chill...don't say that. It will only be there for couple hrs i am changing the fluids my self so it will be in my drive way while i drain the tranny and motor oil out I also got new shocks and struts for it because the car still leans toward the left so i am guessing now the only thing left to do is change the shocks and struts.

that sounds good but we should try to do it earlier. Like around 5 so you have more time to race and can get a nice photo shoot while the sun is going down.
