BTW Ichibahn makes some nice stuff, including shift boots. They do make leather ones and will be cheaper than the MOMO ones...

the shape, yes...but picture yours with a silver round top portion and a smaller portion on top of that that says momo italy...but basically the same

u know what u can do with the boot? i did this with my sparco, just push it up around the knob so it scruches up around the base of the knob (mine was really low, you could see the shift level under the knob) now it looks normal and didn't cost me anything and it doesn't really fall down either

well I have the Kartboy SS and my blue MOMO raptor knob should be here any day.

Witht he shortened shifter I just tucked the boot down into the gap around the lever, that way it is straight down into the gap and come back up.

I am going to get a new shift boot soon, black with blue stitching to match the knob and I think I am going to get one off ebay I saw for like 9.99 plus shipping, i forget which but I kow its a name brand too, the auctions say specific made for honda cars but since I have a shortened shifter I dont think that is going to matter since I might have to trim it anyway.

Ill look tonight when I get home(at work now) for the links to some of those auctions.

For your car razor I think a black boot with blue/white/grey stitching would be pimp.

btw MOMO > all

I have the same exact shift knob. I had to take it off because I did not have enough leverage for my kartboy short shift. I took like a gorilla grip to move it with that knob on it. It might be easier with the B&M but I sure had tons of problems shifting from 1st to 2nd and out of reverse with that knob. Need more of a pistol grip.

man i cant say how much i enjoy it! especially with the even further reduced throw! its so fun to drive if gas wasnt so expensive i would drive forever. i guess its just personal preference and a little bit of hand size, though i do have kind big hands, im just using three fingers to shift.
