Personally, I don't have a high hourly income because I don't need the additional cash. Plus, the more property you have, the more you'll have to shell out to put a hit on someone. I like to stay low on that.

Besides, I have trillions in the bank account.

I think the hit list value is based upon the person you're hitlisting and how much income they generate per 8 hours.

I had a lvl 121 tycoon but I started over. My other character is now at 100. I timed it so that I'd have 150 energy at level 100 to get the tank right away
