MN Member List!

Hmmm, I recognize a handful of you guys from mnmazda.com. For the rest of you, I just traded my 2005 ti-grey mazda3 for a blue MSP. (here's my story) Not sure the production # or whether it's an '03/'03.5, but I pick her up--and drop the old "her" off--on monday.

Add me to the list! :D

Any MN owners hve problems with there car lunging at approx 4K rmp. I believe it is a bad WAG from what I have read. Is there anyone who could help me out or point in the right direction to a dealer or good shop that could help me out. I would like to take the challenge on of doing it myself with a little help from another member possibly

do you mean fuel cut on boost during really cold temps?

link to thread about cold weather problems. My car will cut fuel during boost in really low temps, its just is maxing out the MAF sensor, I'm not changing it I'm just staying off boost as much as possible. Basically the car is saying that it can't supply enough fuel to match the large amount of air coming in (the engine is running LEAN) so it just shuts the party down and restarts. it sucks, but I don't need to be boosting in freezing temps anyway. BTW I have a cold air intake, but before I had that I had no problems. Do you have a CAI? That might be the problem. if you are really into it you could swap out the cai for the stock airbox during minnesota winter.
