Beautiful, just beautiful. Maybe one dya I too will be able to afford a nice fast car.

I traded a 01 Eclipse GT for my 03 Protege 5. Before the GT I had a 99 GSX.

Man, give it up. By 2010 we'll have flying cars!

i was bored at work one day :) at home i have it in a spreadsheet with another column that records what i actually spent, and it has what i did in 2005/2006 (not much). it gives me things to shoot for, helps me control my spending, and i think is very attainable assuming things don't go wrong (like the clutch deciding it doesn't like the flywheel anymore)

I bet you miss that GSX.

Last gen eclypse = Girls Car IMHO.

I miss the 5speed and AWD. The rest of the car was grabage. Way to many rattles and other issues. Yes the 3rd gen was a girlie car but it was quick.

all eclipses except 1g's are girly cars :p

I so badly wanted to say that too! But I really liked my 99 GSX.

yeah i have a 94 3000gt, but it seems that with age everything breaks and recently since college has started and i got a new job that requires me to make mulitple trips from home to school and back then to home, my car is getting alot more use out of it than usual.
i've been looking for a car that is reliable and is still fun to drive. i've heard good and bad things about mazda, but i don't really like hondas or toyotas. they're not too exciting. i would love to keep buying mitsubishis but im afraid of them breaking like how mine can. i guess it's the same with every car but i have assosiated breaking with mitsubishis.
i want a mazda speed three!!! haha

sorry i thought this was still on pg 1. this probably had nothing to do with what everyone else is talking about. haha.

Its all good! My best friend took delivery of a 07 True Red Mazdaspeed3 GT. Its awesome! She traded in a Sentra SE-R Spec V for it. She has already tinted the windows and has afew other mods in mind. She has a 3 y/o son who gets to sit in a Recaro toddler seat. I got him the other day to yell out the window at two teenagers in a Spec V "Zoom Zoom" It was really funny.

I loved my black on black 98 Eclipse. In no way did it look "girlie" to me. Here it is in winter on snow tires. Also owned a 92 Plymouth Laser. Though I do like my 95 Stealth RT/TT.
