Does the Mazda 5 2010 middle seats do they fold all the way down?

Yes, well sort of. You pull the seating portion up and then the back part lies flat in the area that was occupied by the seating portion, if that makes any sense.

Like a Subaru or Volvo, the seatback is 100% level, but the seat cushion will stick up some, but its against the front seatback, so its less of an issue than if the seat cushion stayed in place and the seatback folded down at a 25 degree angle like 99% of all sedans and most wagons.
