Cops, eh? Maybe we need to do the drive at night, under the cover of darkness, driving with infrared goggles on.

(lol2) Nope, technology or changed schedules is not necessary. Just drive the posted speeds for the one section. We've had to make adjustments the last couple of weeks. Otherwise most have nothing to worry about as the leader is the only one getting the tickets. (first)

So, going slow w/o infrared goggles is better than going fast with infrared goggles? I dunno about that.

I, for one, propose to start a group buy on infrared goggles!! And maybe get really angular body kits and paint our cars flat black so that we are undetected by radar. And maybe we can put rocket boosters on our cars so we can fly...and not just any rocket boosters, but TWIN TURBO INTERCOOLED ROCKET BOOSTERS WITH NAWZZZZZ AND UNDERBODY LIGHTS!!!! I'm gonna adjust the angle on my spoiler right now to give me lift instead of downforce!

Have you ever really tried to do anything fast with IR goggles on? It's a real b****. (rei) (evil)

alright guys i'm faced with yet another problem. my birthday is next tuesday(i'll be 21 (guitar) ). my friends want to take me to cedar point this weekend until monday night. so that means i might have to miss the drive again. but i also just got back from bristol tennesse last weekend from the nopi nationals show and have no money. what do you guys think i should do???? go to cedar point this weekend(friends are paying) or chill with the hommies and cruise???

Yeah, I have a cousin that lives at Coonhill and Sayer and he told me the same thing. It's really no big change. Whenever there's a posted limit under 55, I figure it's a speed trap and always do the limit 5 anyway.

I say do the drive. You can go to Cedar Point any time. Besides... even if your friends are paying for your ticket, you'll still have to buy food, drinks, souvenirs, etc. (thumb)

I better not get a ticket...I can't afford to have it on my insurance. Maybe I should drive my Batmobile (the one from the new movie) instead of my P5. It doesn't get as good gas mileage, but it's a bit faster and I can jump from building to building with it and escape from the cops.

But yeah... who gives a rat's ass what other people think? If you like your car, that's all that matters.

Besides... if you look like a ricer, it will draw attention away from the rest of us. You can be the designated decoy.

read in the my car fourm under photo/video and you'll see how people can be sooo freaking rude. but i just took their s*** because i'm an adult and can handle little minds at work. i'm glad that you understand my point about having your own style and will hopefully be joining the crew in the cruise

argh... i might be showing up in the probe SLOW edition, so if i could be put at the back of the pack in that situation that would be great, for everyone who i'd slow down at least... that is unless sterling mazda pulls some serious magic and has my car done in time
