how much does a shop usually charge for install of the system? where is the nozzle usually placed on the MS3?

well they will charge you by the hour, so if they know their s*** it wont take long but if it's new to them it could be a few hours. The nozzle can be put in a few places, some put it in their cold pipe for the stock IC, some who have a FMIC will put the nozzle on the pipe right before the throttle body, and I have seen kits that allow you to run the nozzle in the freeze plug on the intake mani....theres alot of places to put it, you just want an even spray that will get into all the cylinders.

that is another reason i wanted to know where the nozzle goes, i wanted to see how doable it was

you can put it into the cold pipe right before the throttle body, just tap a hole for a nozzle. ptp makes kits for it to go into your freeze plug on the bottom of the IM too...
