Messed Up Door Locks

Ok today I was filling up with gass and my brother was in the car and the car alarm set automaticly he didnt know what to do so he hit the unlock button like 5 times and then he finally hit the clicker for the alarm. But when I got back in my right rear door makes a horrible grinding noise thats pretty damn loud and the remote entry/ driver doors lock button doesnt make it lock. I think he fried an actuator in the door. If anyone else has had this happen let me know. My friend says it sounds like mazda's problem but I think its the alarms. Because mazda said quote, "Thats the shittiest alarm I've seen." and I also had problems in winter with my doors not unlocking with the keyless. Thanks guys lemmme know

physco...is this the FACTORY alarm and lock system you are talking about? or an aftermarket alarm system you added to your car?
if its the factory one....and you have a problem....THEY should fix it as long as you are under warrantee. regardless of how many times anyone pushed the bottons of your remove.

take your car back to the dealer and let them fix it.

yea I drove by mazda this morining I thought it was the acuator and i was right its an aftermarket alarm but the "cool" service guy was there. So he had it warrentied.
