If you haven't already gotten this done, I highly recommend it. I dropped it off wednesday and picked up my car yesterday (Thursday).....
It's very similar to the 2007 ms6s and the ms3s
I was waiting for my car to be driven over to me and I went into the showroom and sat in the speed3, since it'd been a while. I depressed the clutch and noticed how smooth and light it was to press down.
I got in my car when they pulled it up, and I'll be damned if the clutch didn't feel nearly the same.....
Driving it...... the engagement is a lot smoother..... you don't need to use as much leg strength to depress the clutch and you will notice the engagement point of the clutch, as well as the clutch pedal itself are not as high up...
VERY VERY nice clutch........ If you haven't gotten this I HIGHLY recommend getting it if you're unhappy with your current "faulty" clutch you will DEFINITELY be happy with this.
and if you've been denied then I definitely recommend fighting it. Because the TSB is not due to customer complaint it's due to the ACTUAL VIN #s of the cars, because after a certain VIN # they started using different clutch parts... this is what I've found out. If they ask you about your complaint, I recommend using things like "The valet would stall it but drove off in a [whatever manual] car before he got mine." or anything of the sort where someone else who should have experience has stalled it, also mention stalling it on inclines, cause I know I've stalled my car on inclines, and now on the same inclines my clutch is PIE

(as in easy.... easy as pie)
on a side note, the retarded guy from the rental agency had backed into my car after the guy parked and got out of it to give it to me...... then drove back to the agency and went HOME. Pissed me off, No visible damage, a few slight scratches, but I had a police report filed incase anything should happen with the axle, rotor, wheel, etc in the near future, then the rental agency is going to pay to fix it.
