MazdaSpeed3 rear sway on a Mazda3?

I have a used rear sway bar from a MazdaSpeed3 to put on my 2005 Mazda3. Has anyone done this? What, if any, improvement will I feel? Do I need any extra bushing, etc for the install?

I have a speed3 rear bar installed on my 06 hatch. I had to have bushings made up for the stock 3 endlinks to fit. The stock 3 endlinks have a 10mm stud to go through the bar and a speed3 bar has 12mm holes. Less understeer, but not to the point of being tail-happy. I am pleased with the results. I also have speed3 springs installed, the car handles better and not too harsh as far as ride comfort go. Hell my wife even likes it so it can't be too bad. Where are you located? I have an extra set of those bushings I spoke of I can ship to you for just the cost of the shipping.
