I love the RX-8 but still think the 3rd gen RX-7 is the sexiest and the better performer.

I would have to see some real performance number increases before I spent my money on the Mazdaspeed 8

they will probably forget the turbo's on the supra. i like the rx8 but it seems slow according to the numbers. i rode in one a few months ago and it seemed pretty fast, but thats compared to my pro. for $1400 those wheels better give road head or something.

This isnt the Mazdaspeed RX-8. If you listen carefully, it is about the PARTS from Mazdaspeed that are available. This is regular RX-8 that has been outfitted with parts from the catalog. It would be like buying a regular Protege installing all the parts from a Mazdaspeed Protege and then calling it a Speed.

Even still, the car handles unbelievably well. Those wheels are sex. Body roll? who the hell said body roll? I've beaten the s*** out of one and didn't have much of any roll. Just could use a bit more power. I will say one thing though, a turbo on the RX8 would be nothing but bad news. Supercharger, we'll see I suppose, but I have this sneaking suspicion that we'll be seeing blown motors coming to a town near you.
