MazdaSpeed Protege fuel injectors

Im pretty sure the ecu would be able to adjust based on the o2 sensor readings when in closed loop. The stock ecu can handle 440s in closed loop so I dont see why it couldnt handle slightly smaller injectors. Either way if your car is 100% stock why would you even bother changing the injectors?

Lol, I think you give the ECU too much credit.

Absolutely Horrible information.... Posts like that one will have tuner nOObs 3verywhere Dumpster Diving looking for MORE POWER!!! in the Subaru Dump Section.

The ECU can not be expected to Re-Learn a change like that.

#2 injector sticks on. thats how i found out i need an injector. it would flood it out on that one cylinder. and i even put injector 2 on cylinder 1 and it would flood out cylinder 1. and yea i just scrapped my 626 i didnt even bother to think of taking the injectors off it haha

The ecu can handle larger injectors in closed loop, just ask about anyone using 440s and a ssafc. Its not a good idea and it wont run well in boost but the ecu can still adjust for it.

I never said you should go and get subaru injectors for your stock car and you certainly wont have any gains from doing that.
