Well I was toolin' about on the web and found a little article mentioning the mazdaspeed familia and mazdaspeed roadster. I assume they are talking about the Protege5 as it is called in japan and not the sedan which is called the "familia sedan". And of course the roadster they mention is the Miata.
Look at the date. It may not be very accurate.

Mazda Motor Corporation announces the release of limited edition versions of the convertible sports car "Roadster" and compact four-door sedan "Familia." Designed to offer improved driving performance, the Mazdaspeed Roadster and Mazdaspeed Familia are only available at
dealerships in Japan. Mazda plans to produce 200 units of the limited edition Mazdaspeed Roadster, and 100 of the Mazdaspeed Familia.
