Mazdaspeed + Mazda 3 SEDAN = ?

I ran across this last night while Google Imaging "Mazdaspeed" looking for cool gifs...

I have no idea what it means and I can't read whatever language that is, but I see Mazda 3 sedans and Mazdaspeed banners and Japanese businessmen shaking hands.

that looks pretty hot! The front bumper reminds me of an OEM front lip for the sedan

that's not really the turbo mazdaspeed you might be thinking of. It's just some mazdaspeed aesthetic package, and might have some suspension too but not sure.

oh man, if only they released stuff like that in the US...I feel like we always get jipped. I mean, why can't they just slap the mazdaspeed hatch's turbo into that car and call it a day?? That would make so many people happy. I mean, moonroof, sedan styling, cool lines, etc. That way, you'd still have the hot hatch of the current speed3 to compete with other hot hatches, and a nice sedan speed3 to compete with other cars like the civic si, rsx, jetta gli, etc

I dunno man. *sigh* guess we'll jsut have to wait and see what happens next


oh yeah, and I think I would swap that front grill out for the current one. I don't think the matching color mesh grill looks good at all

I agree, although the fenders had to be modified for the wheels/tires/suspension for the hatch. But...what the heck, they did it for the hatch, why not for the sedan??

It says "2.0", so it's not the same motor as the hatch.

I like it over the hatch! The back still looks a little frumpy, But I'd take a MS3 sedan over the hatch. Better yet put that motor and suspension in the P5 and call it a day! Hottest, best looking wagon EVAR!!!!!!! Ok maybe I'm a little biased!
