Stock box is fine w/ me!! :D

BTW,

I noticed that the model you are working on is a 3.5 .. . . . . .. what about the 03's that have fogs? I hope it'll still work w/ them.

It should be fine. The system was built on a 03 Black Mica

It's in the works right now."Prototype"

Im a little confused. Are you part of MazdaNA or are you completely separate from them and it will be an aftermarket FMIC not from MazdaNA

(headshake We are not part of Mazda NA. They sent us the "prototype" FMIC so we could do testing on it. (spin)

It's hard to say as of right now. I will know more later.
Thanks!
man i really hope, Mazdaspeed start's putting out part's for us.

Keep up the good work(thumb) (dance)

OK cool. One last thing (Im not trying to bash) I just dont understand why MazdaNA would send a prototype to a different company to be sold through MazdaNA

I don't really think you know the relationship of our company to Mazdaspeed Motorsports Development.... Do you?

Obviously not lol sorry
Hehe its okay.

Mazdaspeed N/A has lots of oher things so its hard to do testing. So the prototype kits get sent out to people like us to test it for them and tell them what we think.

tripoint is teh shiznit!
that's why mazda NA sent the kit to them.

quickest n/a track rotege.

sounds all good.
But 2 problems i have with this.

Nismo HOLDs warranty on Nismo parts ( i know, I had a 350Z). But prices on parts were on average 100 dollars more. I guess worth it when the warrenty stays intack.

MazdaSpeed will NOT HOLD warrenty and More than likely be expensive. sounds like i am better off going with a custom less expensive kit that will probably be better or the same!

hmmmm. This is very saddening :(

I couldnt agree with you more. The only way I would buy an intercooler kit from mazdaspeed is if it either a) cost less than the others, or b) allowed me to keep my factory warrenties. Sadly..., I doubt its going to be either of those...

Well... To be honest that might be the reason why Mazdaspeed Development doesn't really target the products towards street cars (dunno)

i'd get it.....it would probably be the best made FMIC for our cars.

u guys cry about 900 bux for FMIC kits.......some of the front mount kits for RX-7's are $2800

yeah that could be..., I just wish mazda wasnt so anal about the warranty issue. I dont know any other car company that is as bad. I guess maybe people just dont talk about it. BTW, since Forge is "supposedly" making a smic upgrade, and there is another one on jspec.com that is "supposed" to be in stock in awhile... Does anyone actually currently make a larger core smic???? Or is this all just speculation and rumors???
