Same thing. A BPV is a BOV run in recirc. That's why it is called ByPass instead of BlowOff.

yes and no. forge has produced two separate valves. one for VTA and one for recirc.

As can be seen in the pic this is the factory replacement version by Forge, so it's essentially the same thing that the factory uses but this one is made of aluminum instead of the factory plastic, the Forge BPV as shown in the post directly above this one.
