I got the gool 'ol CEL today on the way home form work. Might have been gas cap, will know tomorrow. Cleared the code and redid the cap, so I'll let you know if it comes back. 1350 miles.

I've had my CEL on for almost 50k and about 4 years on my 2000 MPV. It's a California car, and is programmed to turn on at 30k to force you to change the oxygen sensor. It came on shortly after we got to Thailand, and I thought F-it, I'm not changing it. Car runs great, but maybe I'll change it when I get back to the US...

I have a CEL too on my ms3, p2006. It's bad IMRC valve, its a common problem on cx-7 and ms3. There will be a service bulletin in the next 2 weeks. The replacement part will be prolly avaliable in the next month. Dont worry if you have this code, but bring your car to the dealer so he can order the part.
