Mazda6 Turn Signal Bulb Holder

Last year somtime during the winter my driver's side front turn signal was acting up. The contacts on the bulb holder were not making good contact. I found this TSB about the problem and my bulb holders already had the little silicon rubber blocks installed, but it still acquired this problem.

I just lifted gently on the contacts so they would apply more pressure when installed and make better contact. That seemed to work and I have not had a problem again until the past couple days. I did the same thing a couple days ago and it worked again until today. I again took them out and raised teh contact a bit more and putting some dielectric grease on the them too. Well that didn't fix the problem this time and as I removed the bulb holder one of the contacts caught on something and bent up. I tried to bend it back down, but the metal was fatigued too much and it broke off. Notice the bottom contact in the photo is missing. Now I need a new bulb holder to get my signal light to work again.

Does anyone know where I can buy this part?

The number on it is F014002515, but I have had no luck searching in internet. I will call or go to the dealer tomorrow, but since they are closed now I figured I'd post on here to see if anyone knows.

EDIT: I just noticed the TSB only applies to 2003 & 2004 models. What was done different on 2005+ models?

Well, went to the dealer today and they had the part in stock for $45. I'm assuming lots of people have this same problem. Anyway, I popped it in and the signal works like new again. :)

I had a similar prob a while back. I did the quick fix you did, its still holding up. My freaking park light went out tho. s***, thats a half a day to fix.(boom06)

Same problem here (on my '04 6s Wagon), but my wife bought the part from the dealer for $44-and-change, and it works perfectly. I kept the old part, and see that one of the electrical contacts had slightly collapsed inward, which must have caused the problem. I will fix that, and will keep this holder as a spare.
