That's funny because Consumer Reports rates the Mazda 6 as the safest family sedan for sale in North America. The Accord is 5th on that list and the Camry is 7th.

yeah, I'd never heard anything about it being bad either, so I was surprised.

for one all 2006 models dont have ratings as the article states and the side impact with a 3 star so thats why it was in the list.

there arent too many cars that do well in the side impact w/o the side airbags. if you're lucky you will find maybe one or two cars that get an "A" for side impact w/o the airbags. that artcle is BS.
