Mazda5 AC issues

Hello, I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda 5 Sport with 146k miles, runs great, having issues with the AC lately, when the temp outside reached 100 degrees F the AC system starts cycling on and off over and over, I've vacuumed the system and refilled it properly, still Didn't fix it, I noticed when refilling some bubbling around the Schrader valve on the low side so I replaced it and refilled again, Still the problems persists, I checked coolant levels and they're perfect, any thoughts? I'm starting to lean into the system just being worn and tired, just wanted a second opinion on it before i dig deeper into this. note it'll run fine till the temp outside hits about 100F ambient then it cycles, and yes when recharging I followed the ambient temp chart for PSI and at 100 degrees is about 54PSI and at lower temps its where is should be aswell.

What do you mean "it cycles?" Some A/C systems have a temperature sensor that senses an overheat condition in the compressor and cycles it off to cool down. Also, many—if not all—A/C systems have a temperature sensor on the evaporator that basically senses when it ices over. Icing happens with a combo of temperature and humidity. When it ices over, the system won't cool very well, since the cooling basically happens by heat transfer. If the evaporator fins are covered in ice, it's much more difficult to transfer heat, so the system turns off the compressor to let the evaporator ice melt.
