Hello Group!

I currently own a 2004 Mazda3 GS (2.0L) sedan. As it will be fully paid for in just a few months, i may have extra money for some goodies... like new wheels. I should keep the car for another 2 years or so and will probably replace it with the new generation model.

Question: Can anyone confirm the wheels on the new Mazda3 has the same bolt pattern and offset of my 2004 Mazda3??? I am currently riding on 15" and would like to go up to 16".... and i don't like the new wheels on the 2010, so i would reuse the wheels when i buy the new car.... may even be tempted to buy sooner if i get an offer i can't refuse ;-) ... Velocity Red is back for 2010 :-)

Very very likely that you can move your wheels from 1st gen to 2nd gen.
Bolt pattern I'm sure will be the same (it is across all current car models) and offset would be similar if not same.

Info about the tire size is here (Exactly the same tire size):
