Mazda2 Sport 2010 UK: How to get to sidelights?

Hi guys,

I would like to upgrade my sidelights in my M2 to some SMD lights, but recently looking at my headlights the opening seems nicely tucked away. Will I have to take off the headlight enclosure or is there an easier way to get to them?

I havent seen this thread before but if someone has made one, could you link me there

Just put your hand round the back of the light & undo the bulb holder with your fingers ? the side with the battery is a bit more difficult because of space but not impossible.....

Really cool, I've tried to get to my headlights recently as suggested but they still a pain. My headlights are the other version, the more circle ones compared to the pics above. Can you unscrew anything to get that little bit extra space?

Drivers side should be easy enough dude, on the passenger side if you take the top of the fuse box off you get a tad bit more room to play with
