Mazda UK Pet Barrier

Nice steel barrier Mazda accessory, but not available here in the US. Does anyone know how to order non US parts? I called a couple of US dealers and they told me they cannot order. I found 1 dealer in the UK that does ship to the US but shipping is over $50 and so the cost is over $300 USD. The part number is KD45-V1-280. Thanks.

Well our main use is to secure a load, more than a pet. The Mazda one is steel and attaches to the seats so it is very strong. We do a lot of camping and load up the car with equipment quite frequently.

Been using that style for years (in a few different vehicles) and there's never been any lasting evidence of their use. I'm sure you could if you tightened them enough, but that hasn't been an issue for me.
