Well, looks like Mazda will be entering Le Mans... next year. I watched a a bit of this year's Le Mans, but of course no Mazdas. I'll admit the Delta Wing was pretty cool, for the few seconds before the crash with the Toyota (probably acceleration problems..
). Anyways, earlier in the year Mazda announced a diesel racing program for the Grand Am Series. The engine for the job was to be a 2.2-liter, inline-4 Skyactiv-D, so it'll be nice to see how that does. But the real news is Mazda's return to Le Mans. It's been a break from Le Mans 24h for Mazda, ever since the 787b, and now they've got a clean diesel on the track for 2013. Hopefully we'll be able to see the LMP2's finish next year, and with luck beat ze Audi's!!
