hahah prove it!!! a 1.8 boosted will not work a 2.0 boosted trust me
there may be some truth in that statement. I remember reading a thread a long time ago about 1.8 liters having thicker rods than the 2.0??? so they can hold boost better than the 2.0. I don't remember if that was for the protege or not. It could have been for the Miata though. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
thicker rods then my pauter rods? doubtful
i would murder any boosted 1.8
WTF lol thats just asking for a hole in your block man, i bet your car is ****** quick though
lol if you say so, that sounds dangerous for a DD
i wish i had a gt28they push so much more air
negative actually runnin a gt28 is safer and more efficient then runnin the t25.. thats where most people go wrong they turn up the boost on the lil turbo jist blowin hott ass air into there engine causin thee damage.. but honestly i won't go any higher then 14psi i fell i'm pushin the limit as it is.. but its possible
nice manifold, where did you get it?
lol i kinda wish i would have kept that instead of selling it
I just sat here and looked at this picture wondering why you have all that room in the engine bay...where did you put your battery? I would love to move mine and attempt a wire tuck to get rid of all of the clutter in the MSP engine bay for that clean "JDM" look
trunk buddy lol yeah people are alwas like damn u got hella room in there lol not realizing there's no battery in the bay haha
1.8 motor is better with boost, I don't remember why but I too read some place they get more whp and are more reliable than the fails-de
