are the rules even enforced that much? cuz "NO tolerance" sounds like the kind of thing that you would automatically be disqualified and not given any chance to fix it.

also does anyone actually check that each voter has 100 posts and been a member for 1 month?

I personally manage the MOTM which means I don't waste anyones time including my own by not enforcing the rules.

In this case, I've given Vel a warning...I believe he has good intentions and will comply with the rules in a prompt manner. Which is why, I've allowed a bit of a "grace period" for him to get with the "program".

Unfortunately, I've had to enfore the rules before and I'll do it again if I have to...Let's hope it doesn't get to that point.

As for the 100 votes...I actually sit there and check each voters post count and registration date for the top runners each month. I'm not a computer but I try to be as accurate as possible.

LOL! When I got the thing, I was like wtf am I doing. But after awhile I like it. You ethier love it or hate it. Surpised you didn't mention my horrendous tail lights. I have new ones on the way, I opted for smoked ones.
