I have to give my vote to The Jeans. I think 808MP5 has the more modded car but what tipped the scale in favor of The Jeans' was the simplicity of the exterior. I'm a firm believer that most of the mods to a car should be either mechanical or interior. The exterior should mostly be kept the same and his ride pretty much looks stock. That way no one really knows by looking at your car what you have or what its capable of. Plus the picture was awesome!!! Good job Mr. Jeans.
Good way of keeping in line with the saying keep it simple.
I didn't much like the plaid but I can appreciate what you were trying to do.
Also, how much did all that cost you, if I may ask.

and FogMic3... the visors were on the car when i bought it, call me crazy but whats the point of spending 100 some dollars on something so thats going to do nothing different only allow me to say it "JDM"... lol

lol, its all good, no disrespect taken... i get that kind of comment all the time, if these werent on the car when i bought it, then i prolly woulda gotten the JDM visors cause they do look alot cleaner, but unless one of mine break or fall off ill keep til something like that happens

To those who commented, my car is set mainly for autocross, though year I may try a few track days. Got everything I could done just in the nick of time before this nasty winter storm.

And all honesty, your interior...I mean I may have liked it if I saw it in person, but when I first saw similar in the VW golfs I didn't like it at all, although your plaid is slight different pattern. Still, props to effort and originality for a Mazda 3.

yeah my buddies jetta was my inspiration on the interior. i knew going into it, that it would be too "euro" for some people, but no one could hate on the fact that it is very original for a mazda... lol

Jeans: Who cares if anyone else likes the plaid interior (although it's clear people do, you have a lot of votes) because originality (as long as it's not completely classless, lol) trumps all. And I like it, so my opinion counts for a lot. (lol2)

Um this matters since there's voting and a competition against other cars, but additionally as you stated he's getting votes, so it shows that everyone has different tastes. Again, no disrespect as I grant him props for the originality and like I previously stated, if I saw in person I may think differently. (wink)
heres one that is as close to a to side profile, hope this works well enough
im not too worried what others think about the plaid, i knew its very different from the norm and some wouldnt like it... im okay with that, not everyone is going to like what i do... BUT thats one of the great things about customizing a car... you do it to your likes and if others like it and want to give props etc, thats always a plus
