Mazda MPS / MazdaSpeed 3 Cylinder block

I have a problem with Mazda Disi 2,3 liter engine. Engine was smoking quite a lot and oil consumption is 0,5 liters / 1000 km.
We opened the engine and cylinder's are 0,3 mm oval. We installed Darton Sleeves cylinder liners, but block break between the liners.
If someone has got Mazda Disi block I would be interested to buy one.

Good luck with that, most used blocks will have additional crankcase breather ports added

you might be better off looking for a wreck and takin a longblock out of it

or less of an interferance fit before the next press job ;-)
