Mazda Infotainment upgrade questions

I wanted to update my infotainment from 59.00.546 NA N to 70 or 74 this update so I can install the Apple CarPlay module.

1. Where can I fine the update file?
2. Do I need to update to 70 then 74?
3. Can I install Apple car play to the system if it’s updated only to 70?
4. I heard to use a 16gb usb stick I have a 64 gb would that cause any issues?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
