exactly..its hard to justify saving up for forged internals so that my car runs 2 seconds faster when there's stuff like this going on in the world

Hi guys / gals

Even tho I have not donated to this fund, I have already donated to the Canada Red Cross Tsunami Relief Fund.

Keep up the good work here, and God speed to those in need !!

Keep it up, heck just think what would happen if everyone in the US donated $5 bucks....

no joke. I'm also glad to see people in the administration giving money from their personal accounts too.

Did you see Micahel Schumacher donated 10 million!! He lost his bodyguard and the guards two sons in it. :(

Damn, 104 views. I guess a hundred of you were disappointed when a Tsunami wasn't a new part for your car.

No, actually I do believe that my tax dollars are already being spent as part of our governments relief package. Not too mention, seeing that one guy wearing a "I love Osame Bin Laden" T-Shirt did nothing for me, nor the day Indonesia was jumping for joy when the trade towers came down. For all I care, they can chop down some trees, hollow them out, and start fishing from scratch. Is it sad? Yes. I don't, nor did I see or hear anyone from that region writing checks to those directly affected on 9/11.

I'll give to Thailand, but Indonesia can smoke my ballz.

and imagine what would happen if everyone in America gave $5 to domestic issues?? Imagine. Better yet, everyone can send it to my paypal account if they like, I'll make sure it is spent well.

Hey, if you want to help, buy me an interceptor vest, with SAPI plates. Here's the link http://www.pointblankarmor.com

Or better yet, give some of that $$ to soldiers surviving spouses and children...

Looking at your post count, I'm wondering if you are a member of this board that created a new account just to voice your opinion. That would be sad...
Yeah, there are a lot of people in our own country in need of assistance, but there are a lot of those that are in the position they are in by CHOICE. Homeless people, people on welfare...Some of them are there because they don't feel the need to better themselves. They want hand outs because they don't want to work hard like the rest of us.
The victims we are helping with this donation had no choice in this matter. They didn't ask to be swept from their homes, and have their loves one killed by the tsunamis. Do you want to know what the really sad part in this whole matter is? The fact that private donations from United States companies/corperations/people had exceeded what Bush was going to send. But we can spend all this money and lose countless US soldiers in Iraq fighting a war that seems damn near pointless for us, and them for that matter. But that's another argument for another thread. Like it's been mentioned before, you just got done celebrating Christmas, giving and receiving a shitload of presents, and you can't send 5 or ten dollars?? That's like one less meal you will have in your lifetime, and that's too much...(headshake
Bush is just cautious with my money. After all, tax payers do have a say how money is spent. Tragic? Yes, that Tsunami was tragic. Preventable? Heck yes. Quite frankly, your argument is based on emotion, not logic. And do me a favor, don't mention anything about losing "countless" soldiers, especailly if you have never been one, been to Iraq, or sacrificed one iota in selfless service. You want to help? Do something for your country, for your neighborhood, city/town, state. There are many living around you that need help. Better yet, just man up.

Netranger, please leave this thread. If you dont want to give FINE, dont. I will have a mod clean these posts up.

Hey, if you can express your thoughts and ideas, then why censor those that don't fall into alignment with them? That's fine with me, but you better clean up all, not just my thoughts.
