2 weeks ago, I went to Mazda 2-20 at DDO Montreal for a little check up, oil change and there is a black plastic broken under the car, just under the engine, I told them to replace it. They told me they dun have that in stock, then they order it. They take 1h30 min for a oil change! What a job?! I actually see my car in the parking lot and I just have to wait the service guy to print out my bills. It take 40min for him to do that!!!!
On Wednesday, they call me the parts arrived and I made my appointment on friday morning. I went there today, they told me I didn't came yesterday, I say what?! You told me friday morning, I'm sure. Then, he check his computer, he put it on thursday, then it's his mistake, I dun care. So, they take my car, bring it to the garage and replace the plastic. Half hours later, a mechanican came and tell me there is other part broken too, they bring me to the garage and show me....Guess what?!
The broken part that the mechanic show me is that part that I told them to replace! They spent 30 minutes install a new smash bar just under the MP3 splitter, I told them I just wanted my black plastic replace, thats it! That little bar they installed is absolutely useless I say and it cost 58$ + tax, and I dun want it, then they take it off and look for the black plastic that I want to replace.
Another great turn out of the story, that thing is actually is in stock and they just order the wrong part from the beginning! They let me wait 2 weeks and one extra visits for nothing!!! 20 minutes later, they replace the thing waht I want to replace and give me the bill.
