Posting here for the first time
For the past month my CX-7 (2.3L turbo petrol) has had the check engine light on.
I took it to the mechanic and he found error codes related to the battery, fan modules and high pressure fuel pump.
I fixed all of these parts in addition to doing an engine oil change/flush out and filter change but the light is still coming up.
The car has very little power going uphill- will not travel more than 6 or 7m/h even if my foot is all the way down on the throttle. On a flat surface this is much better but there is the occasional shuddering.
three days ago i switched it on only for it to switch off again and had to switch it on again to get it going. There is also unstable revving when idle on occasion. like the car doesn't know where it wants to be
what could be possibly be causing all this? could it be the spark plugs? or fuel injectors? or maybe something else
