I bought a crashed 2024 Mazda CX-5 that was missing the Distronic (radar) unit from the USA and I am living in Bulgaria. I installed a second-hand unit, but when we try to program it, the following fault codes appear:
• U2100:00 – Initial configuration not completed
• U2300:56
• C0063:54
Because of these faults, we’re unable to program the Distronic module.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. The Mazda dealership told me that need to change the vehicle control module but they don't guarantee that this is the problem.
