I have been watching this, as I really want to know the bottom line as well. In reviewing the updated pics in the first post, there is 2 differences in the intakes, and I am just curious about it.

I do not know what is means, but if you look at the red circled areas, what does this mean in terms as to what is not in the highlighted ares of the 626 mani pictures, that is there in the Street Unit product. I am just asking, as I want to know, and am unsure. The intakes are different in that respect.

that pic has the gasket installed. That's the only difference.

Oh, I thought he updated the pics, and that was with the gasket off. I thought the gasket was a lot more noticeable yesterday. Do we have an updated pic then with the gasket off?

no but i am telling you, it is the same :)-Bryan

oh ok. I thought you said you were gonna post more pics. I then noticed the original post had been modified, thought it was the pics.

Never mind, looking forward to the long term testing and dyo results.

i'm lost in all of this IM threads. not a smart-one when it come it comes to the IM really. so trying to learn something from this. i'd rather shell out a few bucks to cullen for a good product than a IM from a junkyard. but hey, we do what we can with parts.

so no VTCS means more power? and i take it **********'s IM is a smoother flow and wider diamter i take it, which equals more power. don't really understand the butterflies or similar talk you guys are talking about, whats a TB?

according to a boost gauge at idle we have about 18 inches of mercury in the manifold

mercury? i know that my guage reads hg....and usually it is bouncing around from 22 to 20....thats not the element's symbol...is it? I havent taken chemistry since high school...

i think hg is mercury. I don't remember the exact details, but the mercury reading is how much pressure it would take to lift a given amount of mercury x number of centimeters.
