Mazda 626 Intake Manifold = ********** Intake Manifold

You are selling us that they are the same intenrally and externally. So far, no pics of install or dyno test have been posted, so why aren't you locking this thread until proof of the claim are available in install pics and dyno proof of before mani, and after.

I agree they look the same externally, but has ANYONE tested the mani on a dyno to know for a fact that the 626 mani has the same HP gains? Not yet. Just people saying they look the same, and one guy installing it saying it is great, etc, promising pics and dyno results (even in his sig) and has yet to come up with them in weeks.

I wanna know that they are 100% identical to put it to rest. Talk is cheap. show us the pics and proof, or lock the ******* thread.

I've been subscribed since the beginning of this thread. I have NO sides in this situation. But because he made such a big deal over the manifold, I STRONGLY believe that he owes everyone a dyno run.

Hoping to see a dyno to compare the too is the only reason why I've been up-to-date with over 380 post and all 26 pages. I don't like reading bs for no reason.

who is selling this again? if I was selling this I would have proven this by doing the research and proving this theory wrong

I have already offered as well as other members to do the comparison, send me one of those manifolds and it will be put to rest quickly

For comparisons sake here is the stock vs 626 manifold, as you can see the EGR placement is not very different, the stock pipe may even work. The egr pipe in these pics are fro the protege manifold.

The volume of the old model manifold is a LOT lower than the newer model FS-DE manifold, and the runners are marginally shorter.

Your missing my point. Cullen wasn't the one who started this drama thread and called BS on himself. He's not the one who has to dyno the 2 manifolds or send one out to test. Not his responsibility. You guys are calling BS on HIM, not the other way around. The dynoing falls on the thread creator and Azian6er for adding more fuel and drama. If Cullen wants to dyno it, then great and much kudos to him. But thats on him. Remember the title of the thread, "Mazda 626 Intake Manifold = ********** Intake Manifold". So far the only thing proven is that they look the same (and they probably are). No accomplishments, but plenty arguments. No offense to Azian6er, but you should have waited a little longer and got your car ready first and dynoed.

After all the bashing against Cullen (whether he's right on wrong, I'm not concerned about that), Azian6er decided to play the guinea pig hero role. So far its been ALL talk. 27 pages of repeated information.

All we ask for is for dyno numbers for more reason than one. Not just to prove that Cullen is right or wrong, but to also be another option for future mods, to prove that there is an increase with the 626 manifold, that it runs smoothly with that manifold, and to prove to people who said that 626 manifold couldn't be done.

dude,SHUT THE **** UP!!!!!!!

it is Cullens responsibility,he has had a acusation pressed upon him,and it's his responsibilty to defend him self, and his porduct.

if he truly believes his manifold is different then the 626 mani, then it's up to him to find proof that it's different, and defend his products, and his name.
otherwise if Azian6er suppiles the proof, then it will look even more like ********** is hidding something.

I am all for Cullen, and I believe he had no idea ths was actually a 626 mani, but the man still needs to defend his good name.

and one more thing,if they didn't bring this to our attention then we would be getting shafted by a dealer without the dealer even knowing.these guys did us a huge favor just simply bringing it to our attention, they don't need to fork out the money to do R&D on a product, the one selling it at the outrageous price does to show why we should pay the price for it.

bulls***, the burden of proof falls on the accuser, not the accuse.

Wicked, I hear you dress like a girl and rub jello on your body at night. Now you have to proove me wrong.

See how that works?

this is a odd matter,in a instance like you stated above I would not need to defend myself or my name because it is not damaging to me in any way,and it is known false.

in the case of **********,he does need to defend himself.because this is potentialy damaging to him and his customer base.

him not wanting to defend his product would show that the accuser is right, and ********** does not want to admit to it.
proving he is acutally ,and intentionally shafting his customers.

if he puts in the effort to resolve this then it shows that he either has a different mani,or he made a mistake in ordering the product, and then should take it up with the "manufacturer".

I was hoping to see dyno proof they are the same. I will wait, as it is apparently coming soon, according to aisan6er's sig.

No proof of this being installed has been shown. I wonder if it has even been installed, or this is all bulls***. 27 pages, no install pics, no dyno.

Let me know when pics and dyno sheets are available.

everybody chip in 5 bucks and ill go to the dyno lol. I am a broke college boy man! Plus I am saving for something shiny for my gf :)

PS there is DEFINATELY a gain in power. Then again im pushing 13 psi and 300 whp so it would be way more noticeable on my car than on a stock speed.

I will get it dynoed, but the ******* dyno here is 80 dollars for an hour. Plus its dynapak which takes forever.

so this is not admitting that its the same thing?

I am done with you guys this is a complete waste of time its obviously the same and if you want to be in your little dream world then so be it.

Is there any proof of a 626 manifold working yet? I haven't seen any.

He said it works. I guess he needs not to provide pics. So here is a rabbit with a pancake on its head. Enjoy!

Holy crap guys... is this a 3rd grade pissing contest??? Some serious maturation needs to get going on around here...

If azian6er says the manifold fits and seems to be an improvement is there really a valid reason to call in to doubt that it fits on (yes call in to doubt the actual gains as the butt dyno is often fooled).

Also, regardless of whether or not there are gains from the 626 mani... and that it does fit or whatever else... it still does not guarantee that SU's mani and the 626 are the EXACT same... they may be damn near the same, or mild knockoff's... but regardless of dyno etc.. until someone proves side by side proof of them being the same continuing to maintain them to be the EXACT same is again a bit of a fallacy...

Simple fact is.. the 626 manifold fits on a car... and it visually is essentially identical to the SU mani and this has all been verified and agreed upon... so continuing the back biting and BS is nothing but childish piss-ant 3rd grade drama. Grow up or take your small penis's and get a 'Vette or an I-Roc.
